Still Panic at the Disco’s Ryan Ross’ point of view
Her eyes were the most alluring pair I swear I've ever seen. Didn’t Althea know that I was her captive? “Ryan? Ryan?” Kelly’s voice rang in my ear & I turned away from Althea. “I’m going home already. My parents are looking for me,” she said. “Oh, I’ll take you home,” I somewhat unhappily proposed.
“It is okay, my brother’s going to pick me up,” Kelly replied, “he’s here now.” My eyes averted to the black Porsche she was looking at. “Bye guys!” she said. “Take care,” Althea said as she waved to Kelly. Kelly returned the gesture after getting in the car & they were gone in seconds. “I’m going back to the bus, I’m kind of tired,” Althea said.
“I’ll be with you,” Spencer said. Brendon, Jon & I just finished our cups then we followed the two back to the bus. I decided I needed the sleep after not getting any the night before at Kelly’s house. She & her family were kind enough to let me spend some days at their house. They were the family I wish I had.
Althea’s point of view
I thought it was just my imagination because what else could be a better reason for Ryan’s screaming my name. I looked at the rest of the guys but they were sleeping soundly. Should I wake him up? What should I do if he wakes up? Then he shouted again, “Althea.” “Wake up,” I whispered to Ryan as I shook him.
When I knew he was conscious, I quickly got a bottle of water from their fridge which I was thankful for at this time. It was handy. Ryan emptied the bottle fast. “What were you dreaming about?” I asked him as I took the bottle from him. “I remember everything now. It all makes sense suddenly. It was the missing piece I was looking for ever since,” he slurred then hugged me. “What? I didn’t understand a word,” I said which was true.
“I love you & I hope that you’d still forgive me for not remembering you at once.” “Whoa, what’s this, Ryan? How about Kelly? Kelly’s currently my best friend if you’ve forgotten and she’s also your girlfriend. You can’t love me,” I said intensely. I wouldn’t hurt Kelly for anything in the world. In the short time we have been together, we understood each other.
